  • Jared Seeger

    Jared Seeger, Eqpt founder, is also the founder of Knightsbridge Park, the foremost digital agency for luxury real estate globally. With an AB in Government from Harvard University, Jared has worked intimately with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to growing upstarts and regularly runs seminars on the digital landscape. He has been instrumental in both strategy and execution for international real estate powerhouses, including Corcoran Sunshine, Douglas Elliman, Compass, Macklowe Properties, The Related Companies, and CIM. He is a Real Deal “Rising Star,” whose work has been featured in Fast Company and Entrepreneur, among other U.S. and international outlets.

  • Katharine LeCates

    Katharine LeCates, Head of Eqpt, harmoniously blends the creative, financial, and client service aspects of the organization. Her extensive professional background encompasses luxury interior design and business management.

    Her experience includes team infrastructure and management for Kohlberg Kravis Roberts' real estate group. At ZINSER, she then built business operations from inception and worked with top luxury clients, including goop, Glossier, The Row, and 3.1 Philip Lim. At Eve Robinson Associates, she was responsible for overall operations and business administration and developed an expertise in client relations while managing high-budget private residential projects. Katharine holds a B.A. in art history from the University of Southern California and an I.D.C. from the Parsons School of Design.

  • Natalia Hayeem

    Natalia Hayeem specializes in the development of luxury residential properties in New York City, ranging from single family homes to multi-unit buildings. Her scope includes architectural decisions, construction management, design, finishes and staging. Having run a contemporary art gallery on New York’s Lower East Side for many years, Natalia also has an extensive background in art acquisition. She curates and manages art collections for clients comprising of significant long term investments of post-war and contemporary art. Natalia is a graduate of Parsons School of Design.

  • Jessica Musilli

    Jessica Musilli, Director of Business Development, leads efforts to originate real estate partnerships for Eqpt. She specializes in providing strategic solutions that drive measurable results and managing relationships with exceptional service.

    Formerly a Senior Business Consultant for StreetEasy, a Zillow Group subsidiary, Jessica was recognized with several awards during her six-year tenure and was instrumental in the creation of Hudson Yards. She led the Zillow Group/Related Companies task force to define Hudson Yards neighborhood boundaries and develop consumer interest in residential properties through exclusive marketing strategies. Her efforts resulted in a powerful boost to Hudson Yards neighborhood traffic and generated the highest number of leads for Related properties, exceeding all expectations.

  • Justin Kitrosser

    Senior Advisor Justin Kitrosser boasts over a decade and a half in luxury real estate development, marketing, and sales. Over this time, he has built an unparalleled understanding of how to market property to high-net-worth individuals globally. Bridging the gap between real estate development and innovative digital marketing strategies, Justin has advised many—and perhaps most—of the top names in global real estate. Justin honed his skills while previously working at industry powerhouse Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group and as the Director of Development and Marketing at Douglas Elliman. His impact on the industry has not gone unnoticed, and in 2015, The Real Deal named Justin one of Real Estate's Rising Stars.

  • John Campanella

    John Campanella, Senior Advisor, has spent the past 20 years providing vision for some of the biggest agencies in the world, including Ogilvy, FCB, and Mcgarrybowen—and has a long history of helping global, iconic brands (Samsung, Marriott, Ferrari, and more) reimagine themselves and increase their market share.

    John was the CEO of 160over90, a full-service branding agency specializing in strategic positioning, brand building, and data-led, results-driven creative. 160over90’s portfolio spans across luxury/lifestyle (e.g., Ferrari, Godiva, Diageo) and higher education (e.g., UCLA, University of Virginia, Duke University). In his spare time, John flips residential real estate in Manhattan and the Hamptons. He is also on the board of Teach for America NY and the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. John is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business and a frequent marketing panelist and conference speaker.
